Dr. Nathan Goodyear is a medical doctor with experience in the field of integrative cancer care. I am Dr. Nathan Goodyear, and my mission at the Integrative Cancer Institute is to bring together the best of conventional and alternative cancer treatments to provide patients with the most comprehensive and personalized care possible. I work closely with a team of oncologists, naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, and other practitioners to develop individualized treatment plans that address not just the cancer itself, but also the physical and emotional side effects of treatment. One of the key aspects of our approach is the use of integrative therapies such as acupuncture, massage, and nutrition counseling to help alleviate side effects like pain, fatigue, and nausea. We also incorporate mind-body techniques like meditation and yoga to help patients cope with the emotional and psychological challenges of cancer. Another important aspect of our work is the use of cutting-edge laboratory testing to identify the specific characteristics of a patient’s tumor, and to use this information to select the most effective treatment options. I am constantly researching and learning new ways to improve our patients’ outcomes, and I am dedicated to providing them with the best possible care. I believe that by combining the best of conventional and alternative therapies, we can help patients not just survive cancer, but thrive in the face of it.
